AHT Cooling Systems (UK) Ltd will:

  • Accept all orders and requests for quotations via fax / email / post. 
  • Confirm all orders / quotations within 24 hours via fax / email. 
  • Hold the validity of all quotes for 4 weeks and contact the Distributor for feedback after 3 working days if no order is received from a quote. 
  • Confirm orders with stock availability and expected despatch date. 
  • Deliver on the third working day as standard (order Monday pre 11:00am for delivery Wed), once cleared funds have been received. Delivery charges apply. 
  • Deliver on the working day of your choice after the third working day. 
  • Ensure that the order confirmation contains all specifications / requirements provided by the Distributor for delivery. 
  • Inform the Distributor immediately AHT Cooling Systems (UK) Ltd become aware of being unable to meet the expected despatch date.

In order to allow AHT Cooling Systems (UK) Ltd to achieve its promises, the Supplier and/or End User must:

Send all orders and requests for quotations in writing. 
Provide all information accurately ie product / address / special delivery requests. 
Ensure when the order confirmation is received that the details are checked to ensure they are correct, any queries to be notified to AHT Cooling Systems (UK) Ltd within 24 hours.

Exclusions:

AHT Cooling Systems (UK) Ltd do not accept any liability for failed deliveries due to incorrect details supplied by the Distributor, or failure to correct errors stated on the order confirmation. 
Failure to provide the correct details will result in a charge or restocking fee being applied. 
AHT Cooling Systems (UK) Ltd will not accept any claims for consequential loss of stock/profit, or other user costs associated under any circumstances.

Definitions:

AHT delivery charges effective on all orders after March 1st 2010 to UK Mainland.
